Simply follow the instructions below to submit your photos for review ahead of your appointment, ensuring a thorough and efficient consultation.

How it Works:

Take Your Photos: Ask someone to help you take a series of 5 photos using a smartphone or digital camera.

2. Submit Your Photos: Upload your photos using the form below, and include any concerns or questions you may have about your treatment.

3. Virtual Appointment: Dr. Soper will review your photos and discuss your treatment options with you during your scheduled virtual appointment.

How to Photograph Your Smile

Photos should be taken while seated in a well-lit room. For best results, ask someone else to take the photos to ensure they are clear and accurate. If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to contact our office for assistance.

Bite down on your regular bite with back teeth touching. Pull back your right cheek as far as you can. Snap picture looking directly at the right side of your mouth.

Photo 2 - Center Smile

Bite down on your regular bite with back teeth touching and show us your biggest smile ever, showing as much of your teeth as possible. Snap picture looking straight at your smile.

Photo 3 - Left Bite

Bite down on your regular bite with back teeth touching. Pull back your left cheek as far as you can. Snap picture looking directly at the left side of your mouth.

Tilt your head back and take a photo. Try to get your full arch. Face a window for the best lighting or use a flashlight to brighten the palate.
